Pansy smiled at Griffin. "I hope so. Maybe you can dance with me tonight as well. I'll have to watch you first just to make sure I won't be injured." She laughed.

"Good, I guess," Gavin shrugged at Amber's question, "I wouldn't say there is much going on. Not a lot of conversation in the house, most of the time," Gavin said, "it seems that most people have nothing to say, which is disappointing. So I'm trying to think of ways for conversations to continue without dying out."

Amber nodded "Seems us Syltherins are oddly the most talkative" she sat back and crossed her arms as she looked around "So who are you bringing to the ball?" she asked
Amber laughed "I cannot wait to see you & Theodore dance" she said to Griffin "It's what I am looking forward to most"

Griffin looked at Amber and smirked. "Me and Theo? Hm interesting proposition," he said laughing. "But like Pansy said, I'll have to see him dance first."

"I wouldn't know," Gavin said quietly to Amber's comment about Slytherins, so he was unsure what to say about that. "I'm bringing Cho Chang to the ball," he said, "and who are you going with?" he asked.

"Everyone said that too," Gavin said and held the back of his neck, "but it wasn't sure if they were going to the ball together, so I took my chances," he grinned, "and it worked out. Oh? Ron Weasley? I never actually met the guy," Gavin said, "I'm sure you two will look good together. "

Amber nodded "Thanks" she looked towards the right side of the hall where they were decorating "Excuse me...." she mumbled standing up and walking over to the group.

Griffin laughed at Pansy. "Let's hope it's not," as he looked at his watch. He muttered something under his breath and looked back up. "I'll be back. I need to sort some things out," he said as he turned around and rushed out of the Great Hall, but not before kissing Neko softly on the cheek.

Amber walked back over fuming "Cannot listen to a word anyone says" she mumbled sitting up on the table hovering over Pansy. "Hm why did the Ravenclaw leave?" she asked laying back.

Pansy gave Griffin and strange look as he rushed out. "Umm... bye!" Turning to Amber she shrugged. "I don't know. Perhaps he didn't like the company."
