Cho remembered having done research about Dementors in her studies, but had never expected having to be protected by them, let alone the same place. She turned to Gavin and gave him a small smile after he patted her hand. "I'm sure that no matter what is going on, the Headmaster has everything under control." she said coolly. She didn't quite understand why a wizarding criminal would want to come back to school, but it is a danger nonetheless.

Pansy giggled at Draco's comment. "That's what happens when you put a Gryffindor in charge... can't your father get the Board to remove him?"

The Headmaster leaned forward. "The Dementors will only patrol the entries to the grounds. If you give them no reason to pursue you then you have nothing to fear. We will also have Aurors stationed at the school this year."

Draco scoffed in a manner that suggested he was offended, "You give my father too little credit, Pansy." He removed his hand from her own and brought it above the table.

Griffin came tip toeing into the Great Hall and sat down at the Slytherin table unnoticed. "What's going on?" he asked the others.

"All this being said, I want no students to worry. Sirius Black will not be a threat to any of you if you abide by these simple rules. You will be accompanied by extra teachers the next Hogsmeade Weekend. Until then, I ask you to return to your common rooms for the evening. Goodnight."

Pansy took her hand off of Draco's leg slowly. She hadn't meant to offend him. Noticing Granger walking in late, she glared at the Gryffindor.

Draco stood and demanded all of the Slytherin students to gather to depart as a group, "Any stragglers in my house and I will not hesitate to report you. Come on, make haste!"

"Whaaat?!" As soon as the Headmater said that they had to return to the dorm rooms, Gavin was immediately disappointed. He couldn't hang out with- Oh yeah! That's right, Cho was a Ravenclaw too! He laughed dorkly to himself, forgetting he was right next to her. He was high off her smell. Hm... actually, returning to the common rooms wasn't half bad. He wouldn't have to see that stupid Cedric that Cho went gaga after. She was the Lady gaga when it came to Cedric. or so it seemed.

Griffin looked around. "What's going on? Sirius Black? What?!" He got up and walked over to Draco who was trying to signal all the other Slytherins.

Effy went back to the Ravenclaw Common Room along with the other students in her house, wondering the entire time if they would run into a Dementor on the way there.

Draco pinned Griffin with a glare, "We'll reiterate it for your benefit when we return to the common room. Right now, stop embarrassing yourself and straighten up. And wipe that look off your face, you look as dense as Weasley." Draco checked and made sure all of the students from his house were gathered, "Alright, stick together. No wandering astray." He lead them back to the commons in an annoyed fashion.

Griffin glared at the back of Draco's head and followed him back to the common room. What had he missed and why was Draco more short tempered then usual?

Cho got up promptly and straightened her skirt of any creases that came. She left for the Ravenclaw common room with a group her fellow housemates, feeling slightly antsy.
