Griffin gave Elinor an odd look. "Um Elinor, are you alright? I think you're a little confused from sleeping most of the day. Tomorrow is St. Valentine's Day." He stretched and smile. "But yes, tomorrow, I am taking her out. I'm pretty excited. And I hope that you're right about Neko not caring. I like her a lot," he said with a sigh.

Elinor laughed at herself. "I agree, I think I must still be half asleep! Well, then, remember to look your best tomorrow. Other than that, I think everything will be just fine. Good luck!"

[Griffin Black]

Griffin smiled. "Thanks." He stood up. "I think I'm going to head up to the common room. Are you done yet or should I meet you up there?"

"You can head up first. I'll head up later," Elinor answered. "See you later!"

"See you later Elinor," Griffin said with a nod and headed out of the Great Hall back to the common room.

[Amira Radke]

Amira walked over to the Ravenclaw table and looked around the almost deserted room. She saw only one other Ravenclaw and wondered if she should say hi. After drinking a glass of pumpkin juice she decided to go over to the girl and introduce herself," Hi my name's Amira. What's your's?" she asked.

Elinor had been staring at the ceiling for a while now. The night sky had always been a magnificent and mysterious thing to her. She snapped out of her reverie and decided to leave the Great Hall, to perhaps wander about the castle. She got up quietly and left.

[Pansy Parkinson]

Pansy strolled into the now empty Great Hall. Sitting down gracefully at the Slytherin table she poured herself a glass of pumpkin juice and and then started in on the eggs and bacon.

Griffin walked into the Great Hall smiling with Neko by his side. He couldn't believe he was actually with a girl like her. He sat down next to her and grabbed a roll. "So after breakfast do you want to head out or what?"

Neko sat down and poured herself a glass of pumpkin juice. "Sounds good to me."

[Griffin Black]

Griffin smiled. He wasn't very hungry so he didn't eat much. He put his cut hand on the table, forgetting it was cut and turned the small gold cat over in his other hand.

Neko looked over and noticed the cut on his hand. She gently took his hand and looked at it. "What happened?"

Griffin gave a nervous smile. "Oh um, nothing," he said uneasily. "Just," he thought a moment, trying to come up with an excuse, "me being clumsy."

[Effy Brookes]

Effy walked quickly into the Great Hall and sat at the Ravenclaw table on the other side of Dellilah and Amira.
"God, I'm starving!" She said as she began filling her plate, "Hey Dellilah, Amira, what's up?"

"Are you sure?" Neko asked, still holding onto his hand. "You're acting a little weird."
