Amber shrugged "Not much really. I went to Hogsmeade on saturday and hung out with a bunch of people that I usually wouldn't have except Ron and Amira. Then I went to honeydukes and bought things for Ron, that Arya girl, and oh that new Charlotte girl. I was feeling generous so" she said shrugging

"That's very kind of you," David said. "We should go to Hogsmeade sometime. We never did because of that detention we got."

Amber laughed "I know, we should go this weekend" she said before standing up "I'm sorry, but I have to go. I'll see you tomorrow I guess" she said leaning across the table and kissing him "Bye!" she said before heading out of the great hall
(Ugh, gotta go)

Blake finished his dinner and gathered his bag quietly while bringing his legs over the bench one at a time to stand fluidly. He nodded to Amber and to David while bidding them a good evening only to disappear from the table through the grand doors. He had reading he wanted to do as well as a few assignments to complete.

"Yes, we should, we will," he kissed her in return, "Alright, see you later." David finished his meal and then decided to go for a walk.

Theo went to his usual spot at the table and filled his plate with roast beef and mashed potatoes. He pulled out his book on new aging potions and read while he ate.

Theo had gotten caught up in his book when he realized the hall was empty now. He got up and left with his book tucked under his arm.

Blake came in and found the hall filling slowly. He sat himself at a more secluded spot at the table where no one was seated and set his book on the bench to spread his napkin over his lap and serve himself a total of two apples. Grabbing a knife, he carefully began to slice them in peace; finally finished he pulled a bowl of honey no one was using to himself to decorate the nicely arranged apple slices on his place in the sweet substance. He pushed it away when he was done and contently stabbed into a slice to eat while reading. It was as good as he hoped it would be.

He had slowly but surely eaten all of his apples and was now exiting the Great Hall after dabbing and licking any honey off of his lips. He nodded politely to a fellow classmate who gave him a wave and gracefully stood from his sit at the bench with his things properly gathered. It was a lovely morning and it would have been a pity to waste it. He took the round about way to greet Miss Pond and then leave.

Blake entered the Great Hall after he tore himself away from his book while perusing the undersides of trees. The ladybird from the grass was resting on one of his bands comfortably though he hadn't taken notice at all during her flight, the landing, or now. He didn't know why he came in here. He wasn't hungry. A cup of tea was all he took as he delicately dipped a spoon into a honey pot and brought it over the cup without dripping, stirring it in. Tea was always good.

Blake had finished his tea while contently reading from his book then retreated without so much as a 'good morning' to anyone with the exception of the few professors that passed and he greeted. He'd go read by the open oak doors of the entrance hall again to wait for Jun and perhaps walk the grounds with the foreign student before classes began. Gathering his things, he had his book open and worked his way around the incoming crowd in his reading to disappear like he did every morning for a while now.

Draco came in to sit amongst a group of fifth and six years while he filled his plate and joined in on some conversation about the Ministry and family. Of course most ceased in their talk to hear what Draco had to say and he gladly kept their attention with his confident and haughty words.

When Draco was finished, one of the fifth year girls tugged at his robe sleeve and asked him to continue his tale to which he agreed and led the group outside onto the grounds.

Post by Pansy Parkinson on Jun 29, 2010 13:41:58 GMT -6
Pansy spent the morning in several boring, time wasting classes, that she would never need once she was through with this school. It was a waste of time to have to walk all the way down to the grounds to be taught by someone who obviously drank too much Skele-Gro at some point in his life. Then, if that wasn't enough, they were tortured into have to listen to a lecture on some crazy beast. It was a wonder more people weren't dead she thought. Pansy sat down at the table having been too distracted thinking to even realize she had been standing there for several minutes.
The distracted black haired girl reached out to get herself some juice and a turkey sandwich. Opening it up she carefully picked out the bits she didn't want and then closed it back up, cutting it into smaller sections so she could eat it properly.

After she finished her lunch, Pansy was in a much better mood. She talked with a few people and then left to make the walk down to the dungeons. She needed to exchange her book and go off to her next class, Charms.
