Jake's head shot up again to look at her. "That soon? Why that soon? I didn't think it would be that soon," he said, rambling.

"He's angry," Nyssa said simply. "He likes to deal with things as soon as they become an issue." She had an idea. "You could come with me. Maybe meeting you might help him realize that Hogwarts is better."

Jake was angry again. "Why? That's ridiculous! I haven't done anything to deserve that! This is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of," he said taking deep breaths, fists clenched tightly.

"It isn't you," Nyssa tried to explain calmly. "I just meant that if he didn't let me come back to Hogwarts the chances of me seeing you again would be slim."
