Blake came to one of his favorite spots of all the grounds: near the forest. He had missed their splendor, the scent of sun-baked foliage and damp plants. Never did he venture further than the skirts, wariness instilled in him always at the beginning of the year when it came to the Headmaster's annual warnings. Maybe one day he would but today wasn't that day, "Maybe with... with him." He thought aloud, an obvious distance and loss of sense in his hushed tone. His book was out again, and so was his fruit.

Jake went down to the forest to think but someone was already there. He sighed and turned back walking away but then decided on something else. Jake turned again and walked into the forest.

Blake looked up with a mouthful of strawberries, watching some boy walk in. He saw him once before, when Nyssa was caring for Anu, but he didn't catch his name.

Jake emerged from the forest looking tattered and beaten up. Covered in grass and scratches from the sticks were not a good look for him. His hair was severely ruffled and his jacket had been ripped. "Bloody pixies," Jake said to himself as he started the walk back to the castle.

Blake ran along the edge of the forbidden forest, a thrilling sense of freedom rushing through his veins. The night was clear, there was the sound of life in the air, and he could almost feel the wild auras that resided in the forest.

He felt the undying curiosity of entering swelling in the pit of his stomach like a tide, leaning against a tree and looking into the dark. Blake could... he could just walk in, even for a little bit, and satisfy his curiosity for tonight. He could, he could...

Blake nibbled at his lower lip and stepped away from temptation to continue running the edge of the forest. If he ran, he wouldn't feel as tempted to run in and explore. At least he hoped that would be the case.

Blake collapsed on the grass in a grand euphoria while a bubbly laughter spilled from his parted lips. He felt so alive, so awake, and wished so badly he could fly. His hair was sprawled all over the grass and the ankh he wore was next to his head, shining mischievously under the moon's light. "It's such a beautiful night..." he murmured aloud between pants.

Lily do not know the reason she was wandering around the forest at night. Maybe it was because Jake loved the forest so much that she wanted to check it out. She saw a figure on the grass and laughing? She took out her wand and lit herself towards the figure.

Blake sat up and looked back into the dark with mesmerized eyes. He had to get away or he would throw any logic he had to the wind and run in. Standing, he ran away to the grounds with a big grin on his face.

The figure was running now and Lily sighed. She do not know who it was. She collapsed on the grass and just lie there looking up at the sky.

It was eerie to lie down just outside the forbidden forest. With that Lily got up and ran as fast as she could.

Ron just stood quite far from the Fwoopers, which to his surprise, quite a few were just merely flying around or was pecking on foods for them. "Just birds?" Ron's face fell and his face was expressionless. He pulled out his wand from under his robes and was wand ready in case it attacked him. The birds have brightly-coloured feathers, which can include orange, pink, lime green and yellow. He pointed his wand towards one of the bird,"Silencio." He said but stammered a little but it hoped it worked and he doesn't want to go insane just by hearing it sing. Ron was too timid to go near the bird so he observe it from far.

Ron took out his quill and scribbled a few notes onto it as he watched the Fwoopers. He had to know how they interact with humans and thus, bracing himself,he went nearer to the Fwoopers, trying to get a closer look. His wand was still clutched in his hand as he went forward to touch a Fwooper and he was silently cursing himself if other words, the silencing charm could go wrong. After what seemed like a few minutes, nothing happened except the Fwooper was flapping it's wing a little and came nearer to him.

As to that, the Fwooper flapped its wings at him and scratched him. "You bloody bird!" Ron exclaimed in pain as he dropped his quill and ink which was to the Fwooper's astonishment. "Right! Now my ink's all spilled. My quill!" He cried and knelt down ignoring the gestures of the Fwooper. "Get away, you blasted bird!" He tried to make that Fwooper go away but it was still standing and flapping it's wing. He carefully picked up his ink and realize that all his hands were full of ink. "Great! Thanks a lot! So much for observing you!" Ron rolled his eyes at the Fwooper but he doubt it would understand. It was no use since his quill was full of ink patches but he could see the few sentences he had scribbled and somehow could see the nature of the bird. He sighed deeply and after clearing his items,he got up and left wanting to come back in the afternoon or not coming back at all.
