Nyssa decided not to press the issue further. "Alright then." She laid back down to look at the stars over the tops of the trees.

"Well," Nyssa said rolling on to her stomach and propping herself up on her elbows. "One, I was trying to convince you I was sorry and two, I've wanted to do that for a while." With her second point she blushed again.

"All my life, Jake, I have been thinking about it before I even knew Hogwarts existed," Nyssa said with a voice dripping with sarcasm. She made a quick transition to being serious. "In all reality... a few weeks I guess."
