She laughed and took his hand. "You know Theo, I seem to remember you were quite the loner last year. What's made you open up so much?" She tilted her head. "That's why I never bothered to get to know you really. I'd always kind of wanted to talk to you but you always seemed a bit off on your own."

He shrugged. "I haven't changed much. I still go to the library and do things on my own. I just spend my time with you instead off in an empty class room or in the corner reading."

"I've always talked to people, I've known Draco and Pansy for most of my life." He looked to her confused. "Why not you?"

"Well I mean you've clearly got your pick of girls in Slytherin. I'm not exactly the most slytherin of the lot" She shrugged. "And we never really talked until this year. Maybe we worked together once in class a year or two ago but outside of that it wasn't really much." She smiled.

He laughed. "I do not have my pick of Slytherin girls. Half of them ignore me because I'm not outgoing enough. The other half are well... Pansy is one of my better friends and one of the people I actually trust but I wouldn't want to spend my time having her try to teach me to dance." He pulled her closer and wrapped his arms around her. "Does that make sense?"
