The Grounds

"I don't know," Nyssa said stubbornly as she nuzzled into his side.

Jake smiled getting up and then picking her up. "Come on you," he said walking back to the castle with her in his arms.

Nyssa wrapped her arms around his neck as he carried her.

The grounds were quiet and a light breeze blew across the open area and into the trees of the forest. The sky seemed to be clear enough for a bit of star gazing so Pansy settled herself down, leaning agains a tree. She looked up into the sky and started to think of the stories her father used to tell her about the stars.

Hermione spread herself across the ground and smiled as the breeze rushed by her face. Closing her eyes she murmured quietly to herself, "Feels nice."

Hermione woke up and headed inside to study.

Griffin came running out of the castle with his wand in hand and out of breath. "Let's see," he said to himself as he stopped to catch his breath.

Cedric's walk of the grounds wasn't long though he did end up taking a long route back to the castle. His legs decided he needed to go to the lake and that's where he ended up.

Draco was surprisingly out for fresh air for once in all of his miserable weeks hoarded up in the stuffy castle pouring himself over volume after volume of text. Bloody teachers worked them as hard as that oaf Hagrid worked any mode of transportation if he ever took any, he could probably even make apparating a hard task; such thoughts of ridicule brought a delighted smirk onto Draco's lips and he could just picture Potter's look of fury should he ever dare speak them aloud before the annoying lion.
