She smiled and kissed him quickly, wrapping her arms around him as she shifted to sit in his lap. "I imagine we should go up soon."

"Yes before you fall asleep on me." He teased and kissed her. "I can carry you as you are a horribly lazy girlfriend."

She laughed and nodded. "Sounds good to me." She grabbed her bag as she kissed his cheek. "Shall we then?"

He sighed and smiled picking her up and going up the stairs. "We shall indeed."

Draco dropped into a couch with a brand new July issue of his Quidditch magazine, already into the first of the articles. He planned on using every moment of his free period to get as far as he could into it and then add it to the already substantial stack inside his trunk which was only a very small portion to the well organized stacks he had back at the manor.

Pansy returned to the common room still with a smile, but now it was the satisfied smile of getting out of her class and having more free time to herself. She was still holding the bottle of her unneeded potion as she reached up with her free hand to let her hair fall free from the braid she had it in. With a satisfied sigh she set her things in the ground next to a chair as she sat, curling her legs under her, and closing her eyes to enjoy the peace of the room while most were in classes.

After a while, Pansy opened her eyes and pulled out a book from her bag. It was a new book on Dark Arts that she had been excited to read. She leaned her head against the back of the chair, turning sideways before she got started with her reading.

Draco snapped out of his thoughts and reading when he heard some housemate running out of the common room. He looked around and saw a certain girl he hadn't seen in quite the while. As she seemed to be into her book, he snatched a pillow and lightly tossed it at her to grab her attentions.

Pansy felt something hit her causing her to lose her place. "Bloody little..." she said looking around for presumedly a soon to be hexed first year. Instead she spotted someone else, someone who she knew was the offended target. "Draco...dearest... Do you have a death wish?"

Draco grinned cheekily and shut his favored magazine in order to tease his favorite girl, "Why lovely Pansy, I do not. I do however have a wish for," he paused dramatically to pout, "companionship."

Pansy held in a laugh, but couldn't hold in the sigh that came with his response. She arched a perfectly manicured eyebrow at him. "You've never had a problem with that before, are you slipping, darling? Go find some girl to show you a good time," she said pretending to go back to her book.

Draco humphed and tossed his magazine onto a table to seat himself near, almost next to, Pansy and continue in his pouting. "Buuut Paansyy, I don't want some girl, I want yoou." He made sure to stress the right words and give them his whiny little tone to either convince her or grate upon her concentration and get her concentrated on him.

"That's nice, love," she said not looking up from her fake concentration. "Take me then, I'm yours. Oh Draco, oh Draco." She finally looked up, only barely, and smiled.

Draco stood and grabbed her book, "No that's okay, but I'll take your book instead. At least it will love me." He smirked and fled from the spot to occupy another seat far off from where she was to pretend to read her book. He did enjoy these odd little games they played.

"I think you just insulted me, saying you want a book over me," Pansy told him, sitting in her chair and pouting at him like he'd done to her. "I don't think that book will love you, the only thing it will do is teach you how to torture someone very painfully."
