Nyssa sat down in an armchair with her legs curled up under her. She didn't want to head down to breakfast quite yet so she took out a book and started to read.

Nyssa put her book away and headed out of the common room down to the Great Hall.

Amira finished writing a letter and put away her quill and ink, she waited for her ink to dry and started to talk to another Ravenclaw.

Effy walked into the common room and said hello to Amira and the other Ravenclaws. "Looks like we won't be winning the cup this term," she announced, disapointed. "Somehow Slytherin got ahead of us. Again." Effy promised a first year that they'd win it next time before plopping down on the couch next to Amira.

Amira waved bye to the other Ravenclaw who was heading up and turned to Effy,"You're kidding!", she sighed,"Damn, well we still have next term. We'll will for sure, I think I'll sign up for some more classes", she smiled at the dejected first years, hoping they'd cheer up.

"Yeah, I think we should all sign up for more classes," Effy said. "I have way too many free periods right now. Hey, speaking of which, we should start up the study group again. We sort of forgot about it."

Amira remembered the incident,"I really am not sure. I went there a while ago and tried to enter like normal. Thinking like"I need to go to the study group" and of all the things that should be in there. But I couldn't get in, it was strange."
