"Did that song just say, 'I wish David were here'?", she asked.

"Yeah, and more people should be showing up," Effy said. "Shall we let the butterbeer flow?"

[Gavin Dean]

Gavin nodded, "Yeah, all we need is Charlotte and Nyssa," Gavin said, hoping they would show up.

Gavin took a butter beer bottle and held it up in the air, "a toast," he began, "to the Ravenclaw house and the friendship we share."

[David Calloway]

"David's here," David said, coming out of his daydream. "Yes, a toast," David said, taking a bottle and offering one to Effy and Amira.

[Charlotte Eldridge]

Charlotte jogged into the common room, "Sorry!" she said, "I was in the Library, but I'm here now!"

[Amira Radke]

"Oh thanks", she said taking the butterbeer,"Hey Charlotte", she smiled.

[Effy Brookes]

"Charlotte! Hey! You're just in time for butterbeer," Effy offered her a bottle.

"Charlotte! Glad you could make it!" Gavin grinned at the newcomer.

David smiled at Charlotte as she joined the group, "Hey glad you could come," he said.

Amira leaned back against the wall.

"Thanks everyone!" Charlotte said, she was glad to see most of the Ravenclaws in one place. "Nice music, Effy," she said. "And the decorations are amazing, too."

[Effy Brookes]

"Thank you! But you can thank Gavin for the decorations. Oh, and there's food from Gavin's mother," Effy said, pointing over to the table with all the food.

[Gavin Dean]

"Thank you," Gavin raised his bottle to Charlotte and took a sip. "Not bad for a guy's decoration ideas."

[Charlotte Eldridge]

"Oh, cool" Charlotte said, "This is really awesome."
