"Well that's not a very good way at looking at things," Charlotte said. "Just because you had one relationship that ended badly doesn't mean that they all will. And for the week that I've known you, you don't seem like a 'big bad' prefect."

"Yes," Charlotte said to Gavin, not wanting to clarify which one it was. "You just need to open yourself up again, that's all. You're going to have bad relationships in life, but you're going to have twice as many good ones."
