Cypress entered the common room and stifled a yawn. She decided she'd curl up and read a book until she was tired enough to sleep. She got a book and sat down, pulling her legs up.

Amira walked into the common room, she was glad to be back. She had missed Hogwarts even though she had been gone for only 5 days. She blew her bangs out of her eyes and set down her bag. She'd bring her stuff up later. She noticed a girl sitting on one of the couches and greeted her.
