"I think there are much better things you could call me." He chuckled.

She laughed. "Very true." She nodded. "I could tell you how handsome you are. I could go on about...just how easy it is to lose myself in daydreams when talking to you. Although those things are horribly cliche and the latter a bit mushy if I do say so myself."

"I was horribly cliche earlier and you know how much I enjoy listening to you talk about me." He laughed and brought her hand up to his lips.

She smiled lightly. "Of course I know that." She curled closer. "You'd have me talk your ear off if it were about how much I adore you and why." She chuckled.

He smiled, resting his head against her. "Maybe it's because I am still trying to figure out why."

"And even if I tell you a thousand times you'll still be trying." She shifted to look to him a bit. "Considering I've told you likely a hundred by now, or should I refresh your memory?" She slipped an arm around him warmly.

He shrugged. "I'm not used to it I suppose." He looked back at her. "My memory is a tad rusty at times."

She shifted to kiss him softly. "I love you because you're you." She explained lightly. "You're kind, secretly romantic, you know exactly how to make me smile."

He smiled and ran his fingers across her jaw. "How do I make you smile? I don't so anything special."

"You do more than you know. You treat me not like everyone wants me to be. You let me be who I want to be." She nodded. "Besides that you know how to make me laugh, even if you do cheat by tickling me sometimes."

He smiled. "I like who you are. I wouldn't want to change that." He ran his fingers down her neck and across her collarbone. "You like it when I tickle you...sometimes."

She shivered slightly, smiling a bit. "Sometimes." She wrapped her arms around his neck slowly, nipping his bottom lip before hearing a shrill cackle and feeling something explode on the back of her head. She yelped as a water balloon hit her followed closely by a second. "Ah!" The taunt of Peeves' voice yelling about students out of bed. "Oh bloody hell." She cursed lightly as he made up an unpleasant song about students snogging in the corridors. "We'd better go." She looked annoyed as another balloon whizzed past her.

Theo closed his eyes and sighed. "Bloody poltergeist." He grabbed Lydia's hand and tried to block the ballons as he warned Peeves about the Bloody Barron while they made their exit.

Lydia wasn't far behind him, hurrying away from the barrage of balloons and the obnoxious cackling.

When they arrived at the window Lydia sat down with a smile. She sighed softly, hoping that this time would be far less eventful than the last time they'd been here. She didn't fancy washing ink from her hair again.
