Ron nodded and even against his better judgement,he went on to grab another muffin and gobble on it. He continued on sitting down on the bed which was to his surprise,a little comfortable.

"Maybe he fought off a troll." Ron joked. "Yeah.. What happened,mate?" Ron asked Jake and with a swallow,the muffin was gone and he sighed pleasantly and was not betting against his stomach growling in a few more hours.

Gavin ignored the Gryffindor presence. It helped a lot. It was Nyssa's day today and she received two gifts that she loved: creatures and cake. Gavin eyed the cake- he only had a little piece of a separate cake and he wanted to try it again.

Jake frowned, rubbing the back of his nervously. "I -er would rather tell you about it later if you don't mind," he said quickly, blushing a shade deeper.

Nyssa caught Gavin looking at the cake he had made. "Would you like a piece?" she asked with a chuckle.

Gavin nodded, "yeah!" he searched for the paper plates he brought and took one out, "I tried using a new spell on the cake- it helps keep the cake moist and fresh," Gavin said.

Ron laughed his delight at Jake turning red. He sighed and glanced at the clock complementing whether he should take off right now or just stay to wait for Jake. He shot a knowing look at Jake hoping he would notice.

Gavin laughed and shook his head, "no no no, my mom told me about it. I've never tried it myself- the copy cat spell I've done before and it's successful, but that fresh taste is new to me," Gavin said, "it wont kill you, I promise."

Ron shrugged too and leaned against the bed now as he looked around and searching for Madame Pomfrey hoping that she wouldn't come near them or even him. He grimaced a little.
