Jake came back in carrying a medium sized package. "Hello again!"

Ron looked up to see that it was Jake carrying a package,possibly for Nyssa. "Hey,mate." He greeted him and lay down on the bed hoping that Madame Pomfrey wouldn't mind as he wasn't sick or in need of treatment.

Nyssa shot him a disapproving look. She turned back to her parchment shaking her head. She looked up when she heard Jake come into the room. "Hello," she said with a smile folding up her parchment and putting it away.

Gavin walked in with a cake on a shiny, silver platter in his hands. "I had to make a deal with the house elves to bake a cake! I cleaned the kitchen for you, Nyssa!" Gavin looked over the cake to see Nyssa and saw Jake in the room and frowned to the side. The cake was circular with white frosting with pink around the edges. Strawberries decorated the edges of the cake and in pink frosting, "Happy Birthday Nyssa!" was written on top of the cake.It was a white cake with custard and strawberry fruit filled in.

Ron peeked from his closed eyes a little to see who had came in and make a racket. It was Gavin. "Oooohhhh. Trouble." He muttered to himself. He then sat up on the bed and stretches himself ready to stop if there's anything going on. Or a fight brewing.

"Oh my, that looks amazing, Gavin," Nyssa said enthusiastically when he entered with the cake. She was incredibly nervous about what was going to happen with both Gavin and Jake in the same room since all of this drama started.

Jake smiled brightly at Nyssa. "Open it and you'll see!" He hoped she liked the little cage with butterfly cocoons inside. Knowing she didn't want something fancy this came to mind. Jake looked over and saw Gavin standing there with a cake.

Gavin smiled and set the cake on the night stand, "Thank you Nyssa! Sorry it took so long, I had to wait for instructions from my mom how to do the spell for the cake," Gavin said and rubbed the back of his head, "so don't make duplicates of the cake. It wont taste right."

"Its alright, Gavin, it is well worth it I'm sure. Anyway I've been asleep until not too long ago," Nyssa turned to Jake and looked at the box. "Alright," she said peeling back the paper and noticing the cocoons inside. "What kind are they?" she asked excitedly.

"And thus,the tattered face,Jake?" Ron teased him trying to liven up the atmosphere in case there's some awkwardness. Ron chuckled lightly as he was complementing whether to indulge on a few more muffins. He sighed and decided not to.

Gavin sat down on the bed in front of Nyssa, looking at the gift Jake got her. He looked back at Nyssa, "happy birthday," he repeated again. "Finally at the big one-five!"
