Mildmay sat at the empty table and picked up a teacup, still lost in though.

Rose sat down next to Mildmay for lunch. "Hey," she said, putting some food on her plate. "How are you today?" Rose was actually very well rested, despite what had transpired the night before.

Arya was starving. It was 10 minutes until lunch and she wanted to get there early. Arya sat down at the Hufflepuff table, finishing her Defense Against the Dark Arts homework before eating.

The fifth year boy sat down near to Arya and looked over the selection of food. "Hey. I just owled in that homework - I hope he takes it. He said he wanted it by the 8th, but then I heard he changed his deadline to yesterday. What defensive charm did you research?"

"I haven't done research yet..." Arya laughed uneasily. "I'll turn it in today. I still have time, I need to finish formally writing what we did," she said. "That sucks that he changed the deadline to earlier... he should take it..." her eyes wandered off, paranoid that she would not get points for the assignment.

Mildmay shrugged and glanced up at the Staff Table. "He probably will. He's a fair teacher."

"I'm not sure how many students turned in their work, anyways," Arya said, "then again, I haven't asked many. How are your classes so far, today?"

He shrugged a shoulder dismissively. "Oh, they're all right. I have a Slytherin partner for Transfiguration, that Nott boy."
He fell quiet, remembering what his grandfather had told him about Nott. Not the Nott attending Hogwarts now, but the one who had supported the Dark Lord. He started to pile food on his plate, then said, "You know, I was looking in the library the other day... and I noticed... I noticed there aren't many books at all about the war." He glanced at her, and continued, "It's not even taught in History Of Magic."

Arya shook her head, "that name doesn't sound familiar..." she said, "I don't have a partner in that class. I should look into getting one," she said, "but I'd rather not have a Slytherin. Except Blake, he's the only exeption." As Mildmay got food, so did Mildmay, listening to his information. "Really?" Arya tilted her head, "I never really looked into that subject... but that's interesting that they doing have it. Are they censoring that much?" she asked, "why were you looking up the war anyways?"

Rose walked into the Great Hall and to the Hufflepuff table, sitting across from Arya and Mildmay. "Hello, ya'll," she said in an accent, while dishing up her lunch.

"Hallo Rose," Mildmay said. "I was curious because my father died in that war. He was a brave, powerful wizard. It took a lot to bring him down... and from what I know about it already, they've really sugar-coated it and not given accurate accounts or figures. "
