"Well since she asked nicely," he muttered to himself. He woke up Neko and walked her over to the area of the other Slytherins and laid Neko down in a bed and sat down with his hands on his knees, remaining silent.

Pansy nodded. "Yes, thank you. Want me to save you a blanket?" she offered with a small smile.
She grinned as Griffin walked over.

Draco quirked a brow, "If you would like to Pansy." He gave the now group of four a nod and continued down the lines.

Gwennie having seated herself down close to the first years, tries her best to console the more distressed ones. She reminds them of safety measures and ways to remain calm, it's easy to stutter or fumble your wand when you're freaking out. She wonders to herself about how long it will be for this to pass.

The Headmaster had taken to wandering between the rows. "The lights will be turned down now. All students are asked to speak quietly if they remain awake. Prefects can make themselves comfortable."

Draco gave the Headmaster a thankful nod. He was about to turn to return to Pansy and the others when Vali came scampering up with a note. "Vali! What are you going here without Frey'?" He took the note and read it, a frown growing on his face.
Draco went to the Headmaster and spoke in a hushed tone, showing him the note, "Headmaster, it seems one of my housemates is lost."

Griffin looked at Neko. I'm going to do whatever I can... he thought. He looked over at Pansy. "Sorry if I'm acting like an idiot. You must understand though," he said quietly.
