Griffin could feel that people were looking at him. He stared at the table in front of him, motionless, his face looked as if it was made of stone.

"Sirius Black has been sighted on the School Grounds. As the Dementors and staff must search not only the school but the grounds all students will be staying the night in the Great Hall. The door will be locked and students will not be allowed to leave unless accompanied by a teacher." The Headmaster surveyed the room with a rather serious look on his face. "Be assured that you are safe. The tables will be pushed aside to make space for students to sleep."

Gavin let out a large sigh, "great..." he muttered, although inside his heart was beating. He was scared of what was going to happen. At least all the students were safe in the great hall.

Blake couldn't stop himself from feeling thankful that they'd all be together, and probably more protected, than they would have been alone and in secluded common rooms.

The Headmaster continued. "Any students not yet here will be accompanied here by a professor. Each house will make sure that all students are here before the doors are locked. Should a student show up after they will be allowed in by the teacher at the door."

Draco looked to Pansy, to Amber, to Griffin, Blake, to the people he had actually come to know a little better than just a name. They were all targets. No matter what year, no matter what strength, they were all in the way of Sirius Black.
He realized Freya was missing.
