Theo walked with the group out to the forest and started looking for any signs of nocturnal creatures.

Lydia looked about. It was almost too quiet and so she kept herself close to Theo, mainly from nervousness. Any sound she heard caused her to jump slightly and look around.

she follows her group, she has no complaints about what they should search for. She's keeping an eye out for Snape's item, harder to find in the dimming light as it shouldn't move and scurry away. She whispers so as to not startle potential targets, "should we go in pairs and spread out a little bit? not so far that we can't see one another, we need to find Professor Snape's item as well right?"

Lydia looked to Gwennie and nodded. "Sounds like a good idea. Theo's really good in potions so I imagine it'd be best if he looks for the plant." She nodded. "As for the creature we can decide who should look for what."

Theo nodded. "That's fine with me. It shouldn't take long to find the flower."

"I'm pretty good at herbology, so I could go with Theo to look for the plant." David said.

"I call faries," she raises her hand a bit and smiles. "It's getting so dark, using our wands we might be making too much light, we'll scare off the creatures, but how will we look for the moonflower without light," she sighs.

"They are light in color so they shouldn't blend in to badly." Theo answered. "We can use our wands if we think we come across it."

"That will be fairly easy, since the flower is white."

"true," she looks to Lydia. "fairies then? perhaps we'll find something entirely different even"

Lydia nodded. "I can look for the Jabberknoll. So long as we're quiet it shouldn't be all that hard to find really." She said as she drew her wand and charmed her book to follow alongside her so she could keep her hands free. "And that way we can keep our options open."

Theo nodded. "Very well. Send sparks up if you get in trouble."

Gwennie enchants a pocket in her robe to be able to hold her book and stashes it away. She nods and checks the underside of a leaf she passes. "nope, none here" she seems to be searching for something on the leaf's underside.

She nodded with a smile. "Alright. You as well." She wandered off to look around for the silent bird.

Theo motioned for David to follow and went in search of the moonflower.
