"Aren't we boring then," Jake said eating the last of the chips.

"What boring this should we do now?" Jake asked, smiling and reaching out for her hand.

"We could watch the grass grow or maybe some paint dry," Nyssa said in a serious tone but she slowly cracked a smile unable to keep a straight face at what she had said.

"Even better," Jake said, leaning across the table and kissing her. "Genius!"

"Well we could stay here, we could visit one of the shops, we could go for a walk along the street, or we could go up to the forest," At this last bit Thalia peeked out of Nyssa's back interrupting her train of thought. "When did you get in there?" she asked the fairy opening the back so it would be easier for her to get out. "You are such a little stow-away. You could've asked to come." With this the fairy just shrugged and hopped up on the table.

Jake smiled brightly. "Hello there! Would you like some butterbeer?" he asked the fairy.

Thalia walked over to Jake and peered in his mug. After sniffing it she nodded in response to his question.
Nyssa tried hard not to laugh at Jake's question figuring she knew what he was up to.

Jake transfigured the plate that had held his chips into a tiny cup and ever so carefully poured some butterbeer into it for the fairy. "Go easy now," he said.
