Draco walked in to find the pub not as busy as he thought it would be, Madam Rosmerta working at a comfortable pace. He seated himself at a table in the far corner, the barmaid coming over, "What'll you have, dear?" "One butterbeer for now, if you will Madam. I am meeting some companions later." She nodded and left, sliding the frothy mug to him, "I'll be back when your friends come, dear." Draco sipped the mug, relishing the taste.

I'm late, I'm late! Freya thought, walking hastily and her clothes in disarray from the wind. She walked through the entrance to see the mildly busy pub looking for Draco. Once she spotted him Freya straightened out her jacket and made her way toward Draco. Putting a hand on his shoulder lightly and taking a seat next to him, Freya greeted Draco. "I'm sorry, I feel as though I'm a tad late," she said slightly embarrassed.

Cedric walked in, shivering a little. It was nippy out there and he was very thankful to be inside the warm pub. He had fond memories of this place. He wondered if he'd see Cho in here, realizing he hadn't specified where to meet. You're just brilliant today, aren't you Diggory? He sighed. Madam Rosmerta approached him, "You look troubled, young man." He laughed mirthlessly, "I am, crush troubles." Rosmerta shooed him to a table off to the side and brought him a warm plate of fudge brownies with some butterbeer, "Here you are, dear. Eat up. I'm sure you'll feel better with something sweet in you." Cedric gave Madam Rosmerta a big smile and thanked her, gratefully taking a brownie and biting into it. He couldn't help but groan. It tasted delicious.

Draco looked to see who had touched him, a barbed remark ready on his tongue. He saw it was Freya and relaxed a bit more into his seat, though maintaining his posture, "Miss Coeus, you're fine and right on time, since there was no time set." He motioned over Madam Rosmerta. The barmaid bustled over and smiled, "Well well, you are certainly a lucky young man to be in the company of a beautiful young girl." She turned to Freya, "What'll you have, love?" Draco raised a brow at Madam Rosmerta's comment but made no other reaction.

Freya turned a little red at Madam Rosmerta's comment answering that she would have a butterbeer as well. She huffed into her hands and rubbed them together and turned toward Draco, "It's quite cold out there."

Madam Rosmerta returned with a frothy mug of butterbeer for Freya, "Call me over if you two need anything else." She left them to converse. Draco nodded at Freya's comment about the weather, "I would figure it would be getting warmer around this time in the year, but it seems we're stuck in a winter state. I only hope it does not snow again, I do not believe we are properly dressed for snow."

Cedric stared at his mug of butterbeer, the golden color somewhat entrancing. His thoughts wandered to random questions and topics. I still have to do Professor Snape's homework.. I wonder why dad hasn't replied yet.. He took a drink from his mug, "Mm.."

"If it were to snow again while I was dressed like this..." Freya said and looked down at her very casual attire, "I think I would die of hypothermia by the time we got back to Hogwarts." She gave a small smile and supped the froth of her butterbeer.

Cho Chang walked in nervously. Cedric had just left her asking to "meet at hogsmeade" later and was unsure if he meant the three broomsticks. She didn't look around much and huddled under her jacket, taking a seat at a random table.
Madam Rosmerta approached the table asking for her order. "It's quite chilly out there now, isn't it?" she asked with a warm smile. "Y-yes, very chilly," Cho responded giving her a small smile, "I'll have some hot chocolate for now, thank you."
Madam Rosmerta nodded and smiled again, leaving to get Cho's order.

Draco looked at Freya, "It'd be a pity to see you die of such a sickness, especially when you're dressed so nicely." He sipped his mug again, adding an afterthought, "I'll lend you my coat if snow does happen upon us."

Cedric sighed and sadly stirred his butterbeer by swirling the mug. He rested his head on his hand, looking at the table forlornly. He really wished he hadn't been an idiot and had told Cho where to meet him.

Nice..? she wondered, then shook the thought."That's awfully kind of you, Malfoy, but then I'd be afraid for your health instead," she replied coolly, sipping her butterbeer. "Where is that Dean fellow anyhow?" Freya asked.

Madam Rosmerta reappeared, handing Cho the hot chocolate she had ordered. The cup was warm and she sipped it, sighing afterward.
"Something the matter, deary?" she asked, her face adorned with a look of concern. "Nothing really, I was supposed to meet someone, but he didn't exactly say where..." she said with a melancholic tone, Cho had really wanted to meet up with Cedric and would feel really bad to find out if he had waited for her and she never showed up.
Madam Rosmerta looked back towards where Cedric was and she smiled. "Might that be the boy back there?" she asked in a hushed tone. Cho looked in the direction Madam Rosmerta had pointed out and there he was, alone. Her eyes widened and a smile blossomed on her face.
"Yes it is!" she said excitedly. "I'll go get him for you, deary." Madam Rosmerta said, smiling and leaving for Cedric's seat. "T-Thank you!" said Cho as she began to fix her hair a little.

Draco hummed under his breath and responded after finished his mug, "You'd have nothing to fear. We would be fine once we boarded the train, and the walk to the school would not be all too horrid." Draco then realized Gavin hadn't shown, "It seems perhaps Mr. Dean was detained with other matters and neglected to owl me. A pity."

Freya put down her mug, the butterbeer half-finished, and said, "Ah, there must be a good reason then for his not owling you though. He is a Ravenclaw afterall, and wouldn't forget to owl if he could not make it." She stretched her arms upward and yawned a bit. "It seems you have me all to yourself, try not to be too tired of me by the end of the night," she said playfully, "I never did talk to you much whenever our fathers met with one another since he always had to take me."
