Cedric was ready to give up. He didn't know how much more he could take, feeling worse by the minute. About to get up, he was stopped by Madam Rosmerta's approaching person, "Hello, Madam Rosmerta. Might I inquire how much I owe you?"
Madam Rosmerta shook her head, "That was a small meal on the house for someone with a lovesick heart. It is the month of lovers, after all. But I did not come to collect, dear child, I came to tell you a young woman has asked for your presence."
Cedric raised an eyebrow and looked over to where she had pointed. Cho. She came! Cedric ran his hands through his hair and straightened his sweater out a bit more, "How do I look?" Madam Rosmerta smiled and winked at him with great amusement, "Like a prince."
Cedric quickly thanked Madam Rosmerta and walked over to Cho's table, "H-hi. May I have this seat..?"

Draco agreed with Freya, knowing Gavin wouldn't do such a thing. In the short time he knew the boy, he could feel the honesty he exuded, and she had a point in reminding him of his house, "I will not hold it against him. He's a good bloke." Draco pushed the empty mug away, "Tired of you? I perish such a though Miss Coeus. I did not do much to instigate talking, or a conversation for that matter, when you did come. I'll be honest, I was a very shy when I was younger. All I knew was my family.." Draco stared off into the empty space in front of him, slightly lost.

George entered the Three Broomsticks with Fred, only to see Cedric standing by Cho, some Ravenclaws sitting together at a table by the window, and some Slytherins sitting over at another table. "Over there," said George.

"Yeah, come on, let's sit down," Fred replied as he edged past the Slytherins. They sat at the table right next to Draco and ordered two butterbeers.

"Here you are, dearies," said Madam Rosmerta as she placed the butterbeers in front of the twins. "Thanks"

"Thanks," replied Fred, as he paid her the 4 sickels for their butterbeers.

Freya looked down into her mug and swirled it, making the remaining butterbeer swish inside. "I understand exactly what you mean," she told Draco. She relaxed in her seat and exhaled deeply, "Thank you for inviting me, again, by the way." she said, looking towards Draco.

Fred drained his tankard of what little butterbeer was left and slyly glanced down at a slip of parchment he had hidden in his coat. "This is pointless. Nothing of any value has been said. Filch is up on the 5th floor, so we should go while it's safe," whispered Fred.

"Agreed. Let's go," replied George.
The twins got up and left the Three Broomsticks, once again venturing out into the cold, snowy evening.

Draco and Freya had ordered dinner at some point in their conversation. Speaking in an amiable manner, though there were times Freya decided to show her sharp wit and even sharper tongue, the night was spent well and comfortably. Madam Rosmerta announced the last train would be leaving in five minutes, so the two departed to make it back to Hogwarts before curfew though Draco needn't worry about it. He indeed gave his coat to the girl as it had gotten colder outside and they left for the school.

Cho and Cedric had a delightful evening after he had approached the table. She mentally thanked Madam Rosmerta over and over again. Cedric was a sweet boy and they had much in common; however, the last train back to Hogwarts was leaving soon, so they departed after finished a number of drinks with no dinner-- they conversed so much they forgot about food.

Luna walked into the Three Broomsticks and looked around. She didn't see either Rose or Cedric so she got a table with enough room for the three of them and yet again pulled out The Tales of Beetle the Bard for tomorrow's book club meeting, hoping to get a more drastic lead against Slytherin.

Cedric and Rose walked in, cold and red-faced from the wind. They spotted Luna and sat down, "Good afternoon, Luna! Busy reading I see."

Rose was freezing. It was much colder than she thought it would be, and the walk was long. Walking into the Three Broomsticks was heaven.
Cedric spotted Luna and the walked over the the table she had saved for them.
"H-hi, L-luna," Rose shivered.

"Hello you two! Cold out there, isn't it?" said Luna. "Yeah, I'm just refreshing my memory on this for the book club meeting tomorrow" she said, gesturing to the book. She quickly finished Babbity Rabbity and Her Cackling Stump and put it into her bag. "How are you guys?" she asked, trying to work on being less awkward with people.
