Gavin had two paths to take. He could go up the hill to the lake, or go to the lake where it was more popular. Gavin started to head to the lake, thinking he saw some kids by there.

"I should probably obey mine too," Nyssa said with a nod. "Gavin is probably out for revenge." She said this last bit jokingly but she was only half joking.

"He shouldn't take it out on you, if he does you need to tell someone," Jake said hugging her. "You weren't even there when it happened. I'm surprised you didn't ask about the details."

"I got upset that he was down there making you upset, yet again, and taking points for me talking to him. He hides behind the fact he's a prefect when people disagree with him. When you ran off I lost it and punched him then went after you but I couldn't catch up," Jake said. "I was expecting a curse in the back but it never came."

Nyssa cupped the back of his head in her hand as she returned his kiss. "You aren't making it easy for me to make curfew," she teased before kissing him again.
