Freya stepped in and took a seat on her trunk, facing Pansy, "What did you wish to speak of, Miss Parkinson?"

"About Draco, obviously," she sighed. "I didn't mean to blame you earlier - well yes, I did. I don't have anyone else to blame because I can not blame myself and I won't blame Draco. Ms. Coeus, I'm in Slytherin for a reason, I'm not just going to tell you everything because you walk in and ask." She looked down at the floor. "I am... unaccustomed to sharing."

Freya looked at her tiredly, "I wasn't expecting you to respond to my question, but you and I were in the same room for once and the question would have come up sooner or later, why not go for it and ask anyway?" She rubbed her eyes, "We are in the same house and that means that for the next couple years we will be stuck here together for a majority of the time, I would think we should clear up the air a bit at least."

Pansy nodded. "I want Draco to be happy. I know that I am sometimes the reason for his unhappiness but I do above anything want his happiness." She swallowed. "You, apparently make him happy. I am trying. I just... am emotional when it comes to him."

Freya looked at her with genuine sincerity in her eyes, "The only time you are the reason for his unhappiness is when you yourself, Miss Parkinson, are unhappy. He cares and worries for you; albeit not in the way you might not want." She looked around and drummed her fingers on her trunk, "Think of it this way: Draco and I, we might not last forever. He fancies me at this moment and I him, but you two have this connection that will probably last longer than any other bond he makes with another." Freya's gaze was unwavering.

Pansy looked back at her unblinking. "I'm selfish but I am trying my hardest." She sighed. "That's really all I wanted to say."

Freya yawned tiredly, "I can be selfish too, just a forewarning." She crawled up into her bed from the foot of it and curled up under the blankets. "I'm quite tired, as I'm sure you are as well. Good night, Miss Parkinson, I'm glad we talked."
She shut the curtains softly and stripped after doing so, passing out right after.

Pansy wasn't at all tired. She said good night to Freya and walked out.

Lydia walked into the dorm and dumped the dress on her bed, now taking the chance to kick the shoes a bit. "Heels are evil."

Amber nodded and sat down "With my experience with dance, those will be alright to dance in though"

Pansy walked in and sat on her bed, letting Athena down. "They aren't that bad," she said petting Athena.

"I'm great walking, dancing, anything flat foot. Soon as my heels are up I need to be holding against a wall." She pulled off her sweater and kicked off her shoes.

"You could lean on me" Amber offered standing up "I will still be taller than you in heels" she laughed

"Theo is tall," Pansy said. "You'll just be closer to him."

She pulled her shirt off and stuffed the dress over her head quickly, squirming into it. "Sounds like a plan. No one will ever know I can't walk." She chuckled, yanking her pants off once the dress was on.
