Lydia yawned as she sat in the common room. She'd been up early again, having a run, breakfast, and classes taking up her day. She flopped down on the sofa, not much caring that there were other students that may have wanted to sit there.

Theo walked into the common room from a busy day. "Hello beautiful." He smiled at Lydia and took a seat next to her.

Draco was back on a couch with his Quidditch magazine as soon as he finished an early round of patrols. He had taken a bit of his day to go flying as well which only made him feel very elatedly relaxed. Finding the article he had left off at, he picked up where he last remembered reading and quietly shifted into a comfortable position on the sofa.

Theo looked over to Draco and nodded. He summoned the magazine he was looking at and banished it back to him. "Read it. Canons are bloody awful, a disgrace."

Lydia opened her eyes and smiled. "They're always awful Theo." She sat up properly for a moment before resting her head on his lap, staring up at him. "They've been useless for years."

She smiled and shrugged. "You'd think so." Lydia took Theo's hand, kissing his fingers lightly before lacing their fingers together. "Ah well."

She squeaked and curled up, laughing. "So not fair! Ah!" She covered her sides with a throw pillow quickly.
