Pansy turned in her seat to get a glimpse of who Amber was speaking to, smiling when she saw Kiba. It looked as though he had just woken up so she waved and left him to regain his senses.

Theo walked in carrying all of his potion making supplies which wasn't an uncommon site. He grunted a tired hello to everyone and went to properly place his things in the dorms.

"Oh, hey Pansy!" Kiba called excitedly. He quickly stood up, attempted to fix his robes, then moved to take a seat next to her on the couch. Looking from Amber to Pansy, he stopped himself and said, "I'm sorry, were you two talking? I can leave you two to your conversation if you want."

Amber's owl flew into the room then landed above Amber's head with a piece of parchment in it's beak. She put her book down then looked up feeling a tad bit frightened at first then grabbed the piece of parchment out of it's beak and read it over
Amber read the piece of parchment then stood up "No, Kiba it's fine. I am actually going to a party that Ravenclaw is throwing at the lake. Either of you want to come?" she asked writing back a quick reply

Pansy smiled at Kiba, taking a moment to respond to Amber. "A party at the lake...how nice. I might have to go down latter and visit," she said with an evil smirk on her face before she turned back to Kiba with her normal smile.

Amber frowned "You better not come and ruin it" she said raising an eyebrow "You know how I love parties and there is rarely any" she said before turning and leaving the common room

"So, that means you don't want to go?" Kiba asked Pansy, unsure of her intent.

Watching her go Pansy shrugged, she could do as she pleased and didn't care what Amber wanted. It was just before the end of term and Ravenclaw was so very close to them in points... He green eyes focused back on Kiba. "Do you have any reasoning as to why I should go and spend my time with Ravenclaws and probably others?" she asked him, curious of his response.

"Oh no, not at all. I wasn't sure because... I don't know. Maybe you wanted to go have fun?" Kiba sputtered hastily. He tried to make himself comfortable on the couch next to Pansy.

Pansy turned herself in the couch to get a better view of him making sure her dress did not ride up too high as she moved. Resting her arm on the back of the sofa and her head on her arm, she arched her thin eyebrow at Kiba. "I could have fun there, it's a possibility. But I could also have fun here or were you planning to leave and or bore me to death?" she asked with a ever so small smile.

Kiba watched Pansy turn and caught himself staring at her. He quickly regained composure and said, "I wasn't planning to leave, but I might bore you to death. Also, I'd like you to know that your dress is beautiful."

Pansy looked down at her dress, then back up at Kiba with a genuine smile. "Thank you very much, Kiba, it does seem to be popular. I guess that means I did a good job designing it," she said to him. Going back to his first statement, she shook her head. "I don't think you're going to bore me. Tell me about your day. Did you do anything exciting?"

Kiba hesitated to tell Pansy all about his day. "I didn't do much, talked to some friends," he said after thinking for a few seconds. "Why are you all dressed up? You seem like you're ready for a party," Kiba told Pansy as he looked her up and down again.

Listening to him she nodded, "I hope you had a good time then," she said with a smile, brushing her hair back out of her face as she continued, "I like to dress up, there isn't a reason for it. As I said to someone earlier today it is always best to present yourself looking your best, you never know who might be watching," she told Kiba, nodding in affirmation of her statement. It was something that had been drilled into her as a small girl.
