She nodded. "Well it sounds like an overall thrilling day." She grinned and took his hand. "I got caught up in working on Astronomy outside. Nearly fell into the lake though." She shuddered at the thought.

Draco turned his nose in the air, "I was the best part of his meaningless day but I'm sure that's been replaced by your appearance Ms. Evans." He returned to studying the burnt tips and sighed as if he was suffering the biggest heartache in the world, "Feu, you and I are going to have a talk after you're done gorging yourself." The small creature flicked out its tongue and went back to eating.

Theo smiled and put his arm around Lydia. "I would have come and found you." He shook his head at Draco. "You are always the best part of my day Malfoy." He threw another treat at the fake dragon.

Lydia smiled. "And if the giant squid or the merpeople came and dragged me under until I couldn't breathe?" She tilted her head and cringed slightly. "Not sure why I keep bringing it up." She stuck her tongue out. "Makes me all shivery just thinking about it."

"Lydia that wouldn't happen." He chuckled.

Draco sniffed and threw himself onto his side upon the couch, "I better be." He watched Feu devour the last of his treats and the extra one Theo threw, crawling over the couple to get off of the couch and back to Draco's sofa. Feu made himself comfortable on Draco's neck, letting himself hang stomach down as he clicked apologetically. Draco huffed.

Theo laughed and Draco. "I even got you a bed warmer. Something to keep you warm at night. Merlin I am thoughtful."

"You know my fear about water." She smiled and sighed lightly. "Whenever I think about it my mind automatically imagines about fifty of the worst things that can happen to me." She kissed his cheek.

"Oh yes, so wonderfully thoughtful." Draco glanced down as best as he could at Feu. The faux dragon trilled a little and butted its head against Draco in a demanding manner, forcing the Malfoy heir to lift his had and pet the creature, "Greedy."

"I know. Nothing will happen to you." He pulled Lydia closer. "Draco I can always take him back." He grinned.

She nodded and smiled, yawning and kissing Theo's jaw. "Mmm long day."

"No, he's my greedy little Theo." Draco picked up Feu and turned to lie on his back while settling the dragon on his chest, "There." Feu clicked and curled up comfortably, snout tucked into his own tail.

Theo looked to Lydia and smiled. "Yes indeed." He turned to watch Draco. "Please stop calling him that. It's creeping me out."

Draco lifted a brow toward Theo and ran the tips of his fingers down Feu's spine, the almost asleep dragon giving an approving sound. "Feu then."

Theo smiled and nodded. "I'm shocked you didn't name him after yourself with that ego of yours."
