Griffin wandered into the common room with bags under his eyes. He looked around and saw Neko and smiled.

Neko's eyes widened and her jaw dropped a bit. "I knew it was a good idea to stay up a little longer."

Griffin chuckled to himself and felt his weight nearly collapse beneath, catching himself on a chair and leaning against it sleepily. "It is kind of late 'innit?" he said grinning.

Griffin nodded. "I was wondering that myself, you're usually off in bed by now," he said chuckling. He shook his head and lowered himself onto the ground. "No, no just fine. How are you? What have you been up to?" Griffin looked over to Theo and waved. "And what about you mate?"

Griffin nodded slowly. "I'm terribly sorry about that. We just can't seem to find each other sometimes," he said quietly and looked down for a moment. He looked back up at Neko and smiled. "But why dwell on that now? Tell me what you've been up to," he said trying to get the girl to be in a good mood again.
