"Yeah, that would be strange if a bunch of students walked in wearing masks or costumes," Effy said, laughing at the thought. "Should we send out notices?" Effy asked, "Maybe you could tell the Prefects and then they could tell their house mates to owl me or you if they're interested." Effy waved at Nyssa as she walked in, "Hey," she said.
