Charlotte walked into the common room and saw Nyssa and Gavin. "Hello!" she said brightly, sitting down in one of the chairs.

Gavin titled his head- was Nyssa going to tell her father? Gavin looked over at Charlotte and waved, "hey, " he greeted. "Oh,t here's a party next week or something in the common room. Would you be interested?"

"Yeah! It's a party: of course I'm interested! Let me know if you need any help," Charlotte said. " I haven't been up to much," she said to Nyssa, "Just still trying to get used to everything."

"Will do!" Gavin exclaimed. "Last party we had here was a luau... nobody seemed to be very interested and some people tried planning parties in the room of requirement but those were fail too."
