He felt his heart start to beat faster. No no no no! he thought, fearing what the twins could possibly do.

George grinned, "Ah, I know just what he needs." George, ran upstairs to his dorm and retrieved one of thier Sheild Hats. "Wouldn't want Mr. Norris to be hurt now, would we. Plus, the hat will protect him from the countercurse as long as it's on." He placed the hat on the cat, and, after a few seconds, waved his wand past it, transfiguring it from a standard wizard's hat into a gentleman's top hat. "There we are." he said with a smirk.

He felt the hat be placed on him, wondering what else the twins were going to do, dreading the outcomes.
((ooc: Just thought of something hilarious haha but I'll let you do whatever you have planned))

"Ah, I see where you're going with this." He looked around the room, and saw some spare parchment sitting over on a deserted table, "Accio parchment!" He caught the parchment mid-air and set it on the cat. With a flick of his wand, the paper started to fold itself neatly around the cat, forming a Tailcoat for the cat to wear. He tapped the coat with his wand, changing it to a traditional black and white color.

George watched as the parchment folded itself, and fished in his pockets for something he could transfigure into a monocle for the cat. Finding nothing but a knut or two, butterbeer cork, and pocket lint, he settled with the cork. He easily turned it into a monocle, complete with chain, and placed it on the cat. Deciding that the cat would look better with a different coat he tapped the tailcoat with his wand, changing its color to a bright bubble-gum pink.
((Orly? And what would that be?))

Fred tapped the coat, changing it back to a black and white. George looked right at him and tapped it, changing it back. After a few iterations of this, they looked down at the cat to find that the coat was now a bright goldenrod with lime green polka dots.
"George, we are geniuses. He looks just like a Mr. Norris." he said with a laugh.

He menaced, knowing he meant look ridiculous.
((Well now that I think about it it's kind of lame haha. Well changing the color from black to like the Cheshire Cat's colors. I don't know I just got home from seeing it so it was in my head but now that I think about it, it's a little cheesy haha))

George laughed, and then gave Mr. Norris a bow tie to match. "I think we're done, but I feel as though something is missing."

Fred twirled his wand again and leaned back on his armchair, balancing it on the back two legs, as he usually did when he thought. "Well...we could always...I've got it!" he exclaimed. CLACK! His armchair's front legs connected with the common room floor as he sat bolt upright and readied his wand. "Watch this." Fred pointed his wand at the cat and concentrated, hoping his attempt would not kill the cat or break it into pieces. "I've never tried this before, so I hope it works. Seeing as we don't know who's cat it is, can't really say it would be a loss if it breaks."
((Yeah, thought about changing the fur color.))

George watched with intent at his twin's actions. Regardless of the outcome, he knew it would be entertaining, as their experiments usually were.

His eye's stared at Fred, now definitely worried what he was going to do.

Fred concentrated, not wanting to have cat pieces all over the place. Since it was petrified, he reasoned that it would behave like a statue, and used his spells accordingly. The cat's hind legs remained touching the table, while the rest of the body rotated upwards, placing the cat into a bipedal standing position. He then lowered the arms, making the cat look like it was walking naturally.
"Oho, now look at that. There's a proper cat."

He knew he would have to get revenge one day on the twins for this. He just wished he could go back to the common room.

George couldn't help but laugh. He brushed the tears from his eyes and pulled out his wand. "Hey Fred, I think he needs a cane." He fished out one of the two knuts he had and placed it on the table, "Not like I can spend it anyway. Can't wait until sales pick up." He waved his wand and the bronze knut was transfigured into a walking cane, not unlike the one used by Lucius Malfoy. He then placed the cane under the cat's left paw, and marveled at the now complete Mr. Norris, fully dressed with his Black top hat, Goldenrod and lime green dotted tailcoat, monocle, walking stick, and bow tie.

Fred beamed at their work and felt more proud at that moment than he ever had in his entire life. "Let's go find a place for 'im. Curfew just took effect, but there'll be stragglers. Here, you take the map, and I'll carry ol' Mr. Norris here."
