Ron woke up to see that it was past nine at night and he had been sleeping all day. He groaned and looked around to see that there was no one. He sighed deeply and his stomach was growling madly, the sign that he was real hungry. He continue to lay down on the couch.

Harry walked back down from the dorms into the common room and stretched out on the couch. He hadn't seen anyone in a long time and was wondering where everyone was.

Minerva walked into the common room in her tartan nightdress to check up on Ms. Webb and the first year girls. She returned satisfied to find them safely tucked away and early at that for the classes that would resume tomorrow though they had been gossiping quite amiably.
"Mr. Potter, Mr. Weasley, I trust you'll both turn in early tonight?" She asked with her arms folded in front of her chest, lips tightly wound.

"Yes,don't forget about it," Ron reminded him. "How are you holding up so far? Anything new?" Ron cleared his throat when he saw Professor McGonagall. "Yes,Professor. Hopefully. Early." He told her.

Minerva's hawk like eyes looked at the two fifth year boys keenly as she observed and analyzed them, gauging their words and tone. She knew they were likely putting up a polite front and appreciated that however she would give them the benefit of the doubt.
"See that you do, both of you. I won't have my students sleeping in like sloths and missing their classes, hence, missing their chance of performing their duty to their house in gathering points. I expect the common room to be cleared by ten and no later, Mr. Weasley, Mr. Potter. Goodnight." She finished politely, turning to exit the common room and find her own quarters to retire in for the moment.
Before she left Minerva turned back around and gave them a stern look though the twinkle in her eye betrayed the seriousness of her words, "And I expect you both in my class bright and early boys. It'd be a shame to not have my own students attend." With that, she disappeared through the portrait hole and greeted the Fat Lady with a goodnight, her footsteps dulling down the corridor.
