Minerva, as much as she would love to give her the benefit of the doubt, returned to being a silver tabby and followed after the girl anyhow. She slinked quietly in the shadows while her padded paws produced nary a sound upon the stone floors.

"Dobby! Dobby!" Ron whispered out loud. Then after, came a crack behind him. "Bloody hell!" He exclaimed as he clutched his heart. "You scare me,Dobby." He said but gave the elf a little smile. "I am sorry, friend of Harry Potter. I don't mean to scare you." The elf replied. "Here, just like you wanted,Sir. Nicely wrapped." Dobby handed Ron the basket which was wrapped with a ribbon. "Wow,thank you,Dobby. I just asked for a few and not a whole basket." He stated. "No problem. Dobby is happy to give it to you,Sir. Dobby has to go back to the kitchen to get ready for breakfast,Sir. A pleasure,Sir. If you need anything, don't hesitate to call upon Dobby." He bowed and with a crack,he left. Grinning to himself and making a mental note to give something to Dobby if he ever sees him again. To that,he made his way down the stairs and towards the Great Hall.

George was glad he'd finally finished his work. Now he could have time to invent and have fun. He said the password to the Fat Lady and just as she opened he heard the sharp crack of an explosion and a small object hit him in the chest and fell to the floor. He crouched down and saw that it was a tiny chip of what appeared to be a mint. It was mainly red with some white near one of the edges. He jumped through the portrait hole with a smile on his face.

Ron hummed a tune as he ascended the marble staircase and finally reached the seventh floor. He went to walked to the Fat Lady but was stopped by a ghostly figure in front of him. "GAHHHHH!" Ron yelled. "Friend of Harry Potter,it's just Dobby,Sir." Dobby reappeared himself in the dark with a large package for Ron. "Here,Sir. For you. Leftovers from the kitchen. There's sweets, chocolates and pastries," He told Ron. Ron took the package from Dobby and said,"Thank you,Dobby! That's kind of you." He thanked Dobby. "Wait here, will you? I have something for you." Dobby nodded and Ron ran towards the Fat Lady portrait and gave her the password as he walked in to the common room.

"Here,Dobby. For you." Ron handed Dobby the sweater and the pair of socks. "Thank you,Sir. Thank you. You're just as kind as Harry Potter,Sir." Dobby squealed in happiness. "You're welcome,Dobby." Ron turned a little red at his compliment. "Thank you,Sir. I'll be going now,Sir. If you need anything, don't hesitate to call upon Dobby." Dobby gave Ron a little bow and left with a crack. Ron smiled insanely to himself and walked back in through the portrait.
