Theo stood up and helped her stand. "That wasn't a problem for you earlier." He took her waist and started swaying her about the small alcove.

"I noticed. You're more relaxed too." She smiled. "I think that helps." She was quiet as she listened to make sure no one was coming. She relaxed after a moment.

Theo swayed he around as they both danced in silence. He leaned down to her ear. "Lydia... do you want me to kiss you?"

She blushed as she heard him and nodded slowly. "Yeah." She was glad it was dark. She was sure she'd just gone as red as she had in the common room earlier.

He nodded bringing a hand up to cup her cheek, He hoped it wasn't shaking. Theo turned her face to his and gently pressed his lips to hers, letting them linger for a moment before pulling back. His face felt like it was on fire.

She blushed furiously, smiling after a moment. She took his hand and stood shyly for a moment before standing on her toes and kissing him back quickly.

Theo kissed her back before letting out a breath he didn't know he was holding. "That was nice." He smiled. His head bent down close to hers.
