"It is so." She smiled a bit, wrapping her arms around his shoulders warmly before kissing him again, a bit more determinedly this time.

He wrapped his arms around her and picked her off the ground as he kissed her back. "We sure told that view," he said when he pulled back.

She laughed softly. "We sure did." She smiled brightly, running her hands through his hair before hugging him again.

He set her back down kissing her head. "Should I open your father's letter now?"

"If you want. It's just likely to be a formal acknowledgement." She smiled and nuzzled his jaw a bit. "Not a big deal."

"Maybe it's a letter begging me to take you off his hand straightway,' he joked, pulling out the letter and opening it.

She shrugged. "He liked you but he's not mum." She laughed and moved to look out the window again. "Probably telling you that he gives his approval, thanking you for letting him know -as if he didn't already-, not to tell mum. Say hullo to Lydia for me and so on." She looked back and smiled.

Theo read the letter nodding as she talked. "He's enclosed a set of rules I'm to follow whilst courting his beloved daughter." Theo added to her list of things in the letter.

He continued to read through the list. "More of making sure I don't break your heart or he will avada me. There are bits and pieces about your virtue thrown in there as well." He laughed.
