Jake came down and quickly walked over to the table. He sat and grabbed a couple muffins and some bacon while pouring himself pumpkin juice. He was in a rush this morning. After finishing the bacon and having another glass of juice, Jake grabbed the muffins as he got up and left.

Jake walked up to the table and made himself comfortable, pouring water and deciding on what he wanted to eat.

Hermione sat at the table and breathed in some good morning air. She loved getting up early, as it made her feel more productive and less like someone like Ron who always slept it. Not that she didn't like Ron as a friend, she was just abhorred by his life and study habits. Really, waking up so late. She grabbed two pieces of toast and then searched around for some jam. The kind really didn't matter, only that it wasn't raspberry or blackberry, those were disgusting. Finding some grape she took it and smeared a decidingly unhealthy portion across her toast. She then licked the knife clean, mmm grape.

"Drama in the male area is something that I cannot help you with. You can ask me about theory or spell work, but the opposing gender is a world of its own." Hermione shook her head, "And a prank war is completely ridiculous and against the rules. People could get hurt, and it is clearly stated that magic is forbidden in the corridors."

Hermione huffed, "Well, they shouldn't. We have rules and regulations because the race of men are stupid and would be reduced to anarchy without them. So, just because they can go around rules and do things doesn't mean that they should."
