Nyssa looked up at the unknown Slytherin boy. "Nyssa Pond, by the way," she said extending her hand. "I don't believe we've met."

Amber looked away from Viggo then up at Nyssa who had appeared "Hello, Nyssa" she grinned "I'm not" she said with a laugh "My siblings wanted to come back sooner, not me but I suppose I'm fine with being back"

"Pleasure to meet you as well," she said shaking Viggo's hand. Then turning to Amber she said. "As odd as it might seem, being back at school helped me deal with loss a lot better than I would have at home," she smiled sympathetically. "Though I'm also the kind of person who choses to ignore they have emotions."

Amber shrugged "I prefer dealing with my problems at home with my family so I guess we are different in that way. But everyone is different so..." she said before her voice trailed off

Viggo watched the girl leave before turning back to Amber "I didn't know you befriended students from other houses. I can't imagine your father being happy with that" he smiled with a wink

Viggo shrugged "Since yesterday. I wanted to get back before you did to surprise you" he said taking a drink of pumpkin juice "I met a few of your friends or house mates or whatever last night"
