Professor Snape glided past, frowning down on the young Slytherin lovers. He headed to his dungeon office, to find contentment in his bubbling cauldrons.

Pansy walked into the great hall and sat down at the table for dinner. She pulled out her book and read as she sat there alone.

Professor Snape walked past the Slytherin table on his way to the Staff Table. He glanced at Pansy, glad to know that students still enjoyed pursuits of the mind.

After finishing dinner Pansy placed her book back inside her robes and made her way out of the hall.

Amber took a seat at the table. She grabbed a piece of toast and looked around the Great Hall "Not that crowed today is it?" she asked Griffin

Griffin sat next to Amber and shook his head. "Not at all. I can't remember the last time I saw those two up this early," he said, referring to Draco and Freya. "He still doesn't seem to be so... friendly towards me," he muttered.

Amber nodded "Usually I only see them in the evening" she frowned before taking a drink of tea "Don't worry, it will blow over I'm sure. It may time some time, but eventually everything will go back to normal"

Amber asked "So do you plan to try out for Qudditch? Maybe that could help with the relationship, have something to bond over?" she paused "Besides a kiss" she joked trying to make him cheer up.

Griffin turned a little red. "Ha. Ha," he said sarcastically taking another bite. "I planned to try out but I'm not so sure anymore. After all, the year is almost over."

Amber nodded "It should have started much earlier" she paused "Does Neko plan to play as well? She doesn't strike me at the athletic type but you never know anymore. People are never what they seem" she said examining the great hall closely.

Griffin shook his head. "No, she doesn't know the sport too well and top of that she's deathly afraid of heights. I do agree with you, things aren't always as they seem," as he said this a handful of people popped into his head but he quickly did his best to shake of the thoughts.
