"Plus you actually have something to cry over" Amber added taking a bite of her roll "He, doesn't. Oh so heartbreaking we could lose a few points" Amber said in a sarcastic tone as she rolled her eyes.

Griffin walked up to the table and sat down. "Hello," he said groggily. The dark shadows around his eyes that he had worked so hard to hide were now showing clear as day. He knew that he was slowly gaining the trust of members from the other house, which he would need desperately. "How are your days going so far ladies?" he asked pouring himself some apple cider.

"I've had better" Amber shrugged "Yours?" she asked. "So friends with some ravenclaws huh?" she said glancing at the table again "hmm, well no problem with me"

Pansy shrugged. "I don't know why he was crying in the first place. No one was even upset with him. I was merely thinking about Draco. I know how much being a Prefect means to him. Not to mention what would happen if his father found out he lost his badge for that."

"Way too much sleep," Griffin replied rubbing his eyes. He turned back at the now empty table. "Well they're not all too bad. And you know what they say, keep your enemies close..." he said as his voice trailed off and he took a sip from his goblet.
Griffin turned to Pansy, smiling as he put his goblet down. "Good to see you too Pansy," he said warmly.

Amber nodded and grin "I think it's good to have "friends" outside our house since it seems we have three housemates trying to exclude everyone..." Amber said her voice trailing off. "I'm sure you've met luna since she is going to be your partner? she's very fun to be around"

Griffin grinned. "Yes the house seems to be split as of late. And yes, Lovegood is a very interesting character. I'm excited to learn mroe about her," he said as he took another sip.

Griffin shrugged. "Well all I can say is that it's hard at first. Everyone suspects that you're a deatheater before you even meet them."

Griffin laughed. "Well not to our faces, but I'm sure they think that every Slytherin is secretly a Deatheater." He nodded. "Ah yes I went. Interesting group there, although it could hardly be called a study group. Those Weasley twins seemed to be hostile at first but after awhile everyone seemed fine with me. You might want to think about coming."
