Neko looked down. "I don't know... I've just been wondering... what exactly you were doing those nights you snuck out. It's had me a little worried."

Griffin looked at Neko and held her hands tight. "Neko, it started off just to get out, I was bored. Then I ran into some Ravenclaws and well, I had fun scaring them. Trust me, Neko, there's no other reasons than those. I love you." He leaned over and kissed her lips.

Neko blushed and dabbed her eye with her handkercheif. "I love you too." She said with a little smile. "I'm sorry. I've just had a hard time trusting people my whole life. If I were better at potions I think I would probably carry a truth potion with me at all times to make sure nobody could ever lie to me." She chuckled a bit.

Neko hugged back. She wanted to trust him, but she had never trusted anyone before. Not since what her father did at least. "I don't know how to trust people... but for you I can try."
