Neko entered the Great Hall and sat at the Slytherin table. She almost choked on her pumpkin juice when she noticed a Ravenclaw student sitting at the Slytherin table. "What's that all about?" She asked herself.

"Thank you," Gavin said with a nod. It was different, sitting at the Slytherin table with breakfast, rather than his own Ravenclaw table with his house mates. He gathered some eggs, toast, and ham and started to eat. He waited a moment before speaking to Draco again. He took a sip from his orange juice filled goblet, "how was your night?"

Draco looked over and made a gesture of hello towards Neko, turning back to Gavin, "My night was fine. I actually slept well, though it was potion induced. I apologize for cutting our conversation short yesterday. How was your night?"

Neko looked over to see Draco's gesture. She then pulled out a book and held it up, her eyes peeking over the top watching the Ravenclaw student. "Who is this guy?" She asked herself.

Freya walked in from the Great Hall and made her way to the Slytherin table. Drawing nearer, she noticed the Dean boy once again and decided to take a seat right of Draco, regardless of last night's debacle. She bowed her head slightly, in her gaze still showing signs of the just-got-out-of-bed haze and said, "Good morning to the both of you, I see Mr. Dean is already trying to make the others feel strange."

"Don't worry about it, I understand that students' safety comes first," Gavin said, looking at Neko and flashed her a small smile to show friendlyness. He did not expect to recieve a kind hello back. He wasn't getting the most warm welcome at the table... "I passed out last night, so it was a good night," he said, "although when I woke up, I found more students passed out in the common room." He over heard Freya and ignored her comment. "Good morning to you too, Miss Coeus."

Draco shot Dean a thankful look for understanding before he brought his attention to Freya, "Good morning Miss Coeus. I trust you rested well. As for Mr. Dean, I invited him once again."

Neko's eyes widened a bit at the Ravenclaw stuednt's smile. If the others were talking to him then it must be okay. Hesitantly she scooted her way closer to them. She had not actually met any Ravenclaw students so she thought she would go check it out. She made her way over and managed to squeak out a small "Hello."

"I know you did, otherwise he would not have made it here without being ridiculed or something other to the same effect," Freya replied to Draco. "How was your night, Mr. Dean?" she asked with a polite smile as she placed a sausage on her plate. Half for her and the other half for Vali, who was sitting next to her with his tail swinging in anticipation.

"It was fine," Gavin replied to Freya, "slept without any distractions. Although I do believe my housemates snuck out and came back and decided to pass out on the floor," Gavin said, then remembering he saw Cho there. Did Miss Cho sneak out? No. She couldn't of. She had potions homework next to her. Gavin looked over at Neko. "Hello," he replied, "I'm Gavin Dean," he said, "and you are?"

Draco nodded somewhat in agreement with Freya, though plenty of his housemates initiated contact with opposing house members before. Draco couldn't help but glance at the cat seated contently near Freya, "Is he yours?"

Pansy entered the hall surprised to see so many people there, including the Ravenclaw, again. "Hello," she said "I forgot my bag." She gracefully reached down to retrieve it.

"Nice to meet you too," Gavin replied to Neko and saw Freya's cat. "He's a lovely cat," Gavin commented, wondering where is own was at. Gavin saw Pansy. He thought about inviting her to stay, but it was not his place to do so.
