It helps to be a little bit cocky when you're defeating dark wizards.

Arya, come on now. No need to get defensive here. We're all on one side and that's the side of fans. We love this series, right? So why argue over trivial things? Calm down Puff.

Were you not just saying that this was not just a Gryffindor/Slytherin war? Ms. Brookes, do you not register sarcasm? Slytherin, I promise you, won't just be attacking Gryffindor in the upcoming pranks. We would, however, wish they would retaliate quicker.

Won't just be attacking the Gryffs? I hope this includes our house. No matter how many inactive Puffs we have, we still have "students" walking around from our house that just aren't outright played.

We're working on it, Malfoy. Gryffindor consists of many different and spread out time zones, so plotting is a bit difficult. If I were you, thank God I'm not, I would expect something within the next week.

Temper, temper Potty. I for one am also thankful you are not me. You would have no idea how to act within the walls of pure-blooded society, the way you parade around like a heathen... a plebeian heathen at that. It's too bad your parents didn't live long enough to teach you something about manners, isn't it? Fine. We'll expect it sometime next week.

Wow, this is all very in character for an out of character board. As long as we're not left out in your "all houses" prank war thing, that's all that matters. It's a good idea as long as it doesn't go too far.

It's too bad that your parents still haven't taught you manners, Malfoy. And the way you parade around like an arrogant arse makes you look like, well, an arrogant arse.

Such brilliant use of diction Potty! I'm afraid I don't even know how to respond to something like "arrogant arse," the concept is far too complex for a silly little boy like me. Such a timorous lion as yourself would not have the audacity to say anything further than those two untroubled words in fear of discombobulating yourself, I'm sure.
And that's all part of the fun Diggory. I'm sure Potty and I wouldn't be at each other's throats in real life.

I terribly sorry if my words confused you. I try to dim down what I say around you so that you can understand, I promise.
And yes, we'd be the best of friends.

Well alrighty then. I'll have to talk to my only Puff at the moment and try and come up with something to do back. The point of the out of character board is simply to talk though, isn't it? Why not drop the character and be you?

If you responded with such horrible sarcasm, then you obviously didn't comprehend the last bit of my response Saint Potter. Best of friends indeed, though my sibling herself is a Gryff. We... get along.. decently.
I could drop the character talk but I enjoy it far too much for it to be healthy. There's some satisfaction in being a complete ponce with no tact or an inexplicable arse with no good reason.

I did comprehend it, I simply chose not to respond. We should braid friendship bracelets, yes?
