Theo walked with Lydia up to the Shrieking Shack. "This place doesn't seem to effect me as much as it does other students. And I love the scarf and mitts. They are perfect for me. Thank you."

She smiled and nodded. "I'm glad you like them." She looked to the shack. "Bit creepy though." She nodded. "When I was little I was always afraid of ghosts. Not sure why."

Theo nodded. "We have two that live in the manor. I'm used to them I suppose."

She nodded. "I saw one when I was really young. It purposely tried to scare me and being little I fell for it." She shrugged. "I think it probably didn't help."

"That's dreadful. I'm sorry." He walked a little further staring at the building. "Are you an only child? I don't recall if you ever told me."

"Yes I'm an only child." She nodded. "I've always wanted a younger sibling but my parents decided one child was enough." She explained.

"This is going to sound terrible but I'm only curious." He started. "They didn't want a boy?"

"I'm sure they did but they only wanted one child. Instead they've decided to turn me into the perfect candidate for marriage." She looked rather displeased. "You already know my opinions on that of course." She smiled and looked to him. "I'd rather just find someone on my own but they're determined to set me up with the best suitor that comes along and most of them are just horrid."

"I understand. My father has on several occasions discussed finding someone 'suitable'." He rolled his eyes. "Of course I know that it's not nearly the same position that you find yourself in." He smiled. "Would you like to go anywhere else or stay here for a while longer?"

"Let's stay a bit longer." She smiled. "It's nice up here. Quiet surprisingly." She looked to the shrieking shack curiously. She moved from Theo's side to lean against a piece of what was left of the low fence. "I wonder if it was a nice house in its prime."

Theo looked back at the house. "Possibly but something had to happen there to have it overrun, becoming the most haunted place in our world isn't easy."

She nodded. "It was a while back anyway." She looked over to him and smiled. "I'm glad we can walk the grounds again. I love being outside."

"So do I. This is my second walk of the day." He laughed. "I would have asked if you wanted to go flying earlier if you weren't holed up with assignments."

She nodded and smiled. "I wish I hadn't been." She nodded. "Perhaps tomorrow we can go. Unless we get back with enough time." She nodded and walked back over to his side. "Anywhere else you'd like to visit?" She smiled. "If it were up to me we'd stay here all evening. I love the atmosphere."

"I assume you wouldn't once the dementors take over." He laughed. "You mentioned Honeydukes earlier. How about we go there?"
