Hermione nodded, "Of course, it's not actually her majesty's birthday. That's April 21st. But we celebrate it publicly in June when there's most likely going to be the best weather."

Jake nodded again moving some food over to Nyssa's plate. "Wouldn't want to freeze and get rained upon." He smiled and Nyssa. "Don't worry. I feel like that when you tell me about muggle things."

Nyssa picked up her fork and grudgingly started to eat the food he put on her plate. "How is studying for OWLs going, Hermione?" she asked.

Hermione looked at the food, "Roast Beef?" She wrinkled her nose and excused herself to find something a little more appetizing to her. As a child the bloody beef grossed her out, and the feeling hadn't abated since that time. She came back with beer battered haddock and chips. "This is more my speed." Hermione looked up from her meal as she heard Nyssa's questions. "Oh horrible, I'll never be ready. There's so little time and so much to do!"

"Quite a few of us fourth year Ravenclaws have started prepping already," Nyssa said with a laugh. "Sticking to house stereotypes." She turned to Jake. "It keeps me out of trouble."
