"Don't remind me," Jake groaned, picking up the parchment and throwing it at the Slytherin table, hitting some boy. He looked back down to his cake, very interested in it.

Nyssa watched Jake throw the parchment and got a sneaky suspicion it was him that had hit her on the back of the head earlier. She just smiled before saying, "Is that cake telling you something or do you just like staring at it? If it is the second then I might have to be a bit jealous."

Jake moved his hand around very slowly taking a piece of cake in his hand and then quickly smashing it in her face. "You might now," he laughed.

Nyssa gasped nearly choking on a piece of cake as she did so. "You are such a jerk," she said shoving his shoulder before searching for a napkin.

Jake laughed loudly, earning the attention of a few around them. "I was only trying to help you be competitive with the cake," he said taking her head in his hands and kissing her, not caring if he got covered in cake as well.
