David walked around the lake, occasionally picking up a stone to skip across the surface. It was nice out, and the air was refreshing.

Amber nodded "Sounds good to me" she picked up a stone "So how was your day? Did you enjoy the ball?" she asked skipping the stone across the lake.

Amber smiled "I was surprised at how great things turned out" she skipped another stone "It seem that way for everyone, the commons have been so dull and boring as well as everywhere else"

"That they have. A few of my housemates and I are trying to plan some fun things to do, and we've got the tournament and quidditch coming up, so hopefully things will stay exciting."

Amber nodded "I heard of the tournament. Theodore & I are the only two in Slytherin old enough to enter I think" she looked around "How is Quidditch planning coming? I've been reading Quidditch Through The Years trying to learn a few things" she laughed "So I am prepared for the season"

"You should enter," David said," I put my name in yesterday. I think there's one other Ravenclaw old enough. Planning for Quidditch is a bit slow right now. A lot of the people trying out are really busy right now, I guess, so they haven't been able to talk to me. Are you trying out for the Slytherin team?"

"I may" Amber shrugged then shook her head "No, just want to know what's going on at the match" she laughed "It's odd that I know nothing at all about Quidditch since I grew up all around it since my father owns a team and all"
