(lol maybe. Might have a video game night with a friend)
Lydia smiled. "You may be able to convince me but I really am terrified of swimming." She shrugged. "I avoid water over knee-deep." She explained as she watched the giant squid break through the thin ice a bit playfully.

He smiled. "I am very good at convincing..." He turned his head to watch the squid. "I don't go to far in. I wouldn't want to be his next play toy."

She smiled. "He's not the only thing in the water. There's Kelpies, Grindylows, Merpeople. None of which I really want to come across." She shrugged. "And I won't appreciate getting dragged or chased into the water either." She raised a brow. "Nor carried." She laughed softly.

"They aren't so bad." He rolled his eyes. "I would never bring you in the water without your permission if you are scared of it."

She smiled. "Thank you." She kissed his cheek. "We'll see how I feel when the time comes." She observed the lake for a bit before looking to Theo. "Last night you said there were things you wanted to talk with me about before you asked to be distracted." She said more than asked.

"Oh that." He shrugged. "It wasn't things I had to talk to you about I was just bothered and didn't want to think about them." He smiled at her. "You did a very good job with that."

She nodded. "Theo, if you want to talk though you can." She smiled. "If you need someone to listen you can always tell me." She smiled softly.

He sighed. "I wasn't very happy with Draco last night. That is why I was upset."

She looked up at him curiously. "I wasn't really paying attention quite honestly." She blushed a bit.

He laughed. "What was on your mind?" He looked out at the lake. "I don't exactly appreciate it when the parents of the girl I fancy come and he drags off her father to speak on his own and starts speaking of his family."

She smiled. "Theo don't worry, my father is like you. He doesn't fancy 'girl talk'. He got up on his own." She nodded. "Had he not wanted to he wouldn't have." She explained.

"I don't care about what your father thought. I care about what Malfoy did." He sighed. "I had a plan and he went and messed it up."

She looked at him curiously. "A plan?" She tilted her head. "What sort of plan?"

He shook his head. "Nothing, it's not important." He smiled a little. "I always have a plan. Whatever it is I'm doing."

She nodded before smiling. She hugged Theo warmly and thought to herself quietly before looking to him. "Any chance I could sneak a ride on your back?" She smiled.
