Hermione stopped, looked like she was going to respond and then bent down touched her towards and was off and running along the cliff side. She smirked to herself.

Theo trailed after her on his broom. He had nothing better to do so bothering a Gryffindor seemed like a good plan. "Granger I don't think you believe me." He pulled out his wand and sent a tripping jinx at her.

Hermione grinned and hid herself behind a tree. Who would have ever thought that she would be doing the equivalent of playing hide and seek with a Slytherin.

Theo thought he saw her and swooped down on his broom into the trees. His robes got caught and he came to an abrupt stop almost falling from his broom but managing to stop himself. "Bloody hell!" He turned trying to free himself.

Hermione snorted at the comical image. Oh, how she longed for a muggle camera, this priceless image was one she never wanted to forget. She stepped from behind the tree. "I think I won."

"You did not!" He struggled to reach where he was caught. "Bloody trees and twigs." He muttered miserably.

Hermione nodded and went up to the tree that he was stuck in. Reaching for a branch and putting a foot on a sturdy knot. She climbed up to him. "I think I did."

He eyed her suspiciously. "What are you doing? This is all your fault in the first place!"

Hermione paused a few branches beneath him and rested with her legs dangling on either side. "Well, I was going to rescue you. But maybe I should just leave you to suffer." She wrapped her legs around the branch and swung herself down to dangle upside down. "I'll just leave now then."

"Good bye. Don't land on your head and crack it open." He glared at her still sitting in his broom.

Hermione grinned and hung there upside down with her tied back hair falling above her head rather than below it. She let go with her hands, "Fall? I'll never fall. Maybe I should just hang here and torment you."
